This two-story home boasts wonderful views of the Boulder valley, the city of Boulder and the Sugarloaf Mountain. Built on a slope, the building consisted of retaining walls and floor slabs at different elevations which was challenging and fun to design. With its radiant floor heating and passive solar structure, this home won the Colorado Green Building Guild ‘2019 Green Building of the Year’ award!
